Meet Dr. Kimberly Flanders,
Founder & CEO
Having flourished under strong leadership herself, Dr. Flanders deeply understands how Kingdom-focused leadership can positively impact not only an organization but also the lives entrusted to a leader's care.

Dr. Flanders earned a B.A. in Psychology and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Mercer University, as well as an M.Ed. in Community Agency Counseling from Auburn University. She resides in Dallas, Texas, with her husband Mike, daughter Makeda, and dog Kiki.
Dr. Kimberly Flanders is a seasoned leader, passionate about developing and empowering women to lead with Kingdom-focused excellence. She founded Queenly ConsiderATIONS to share the power of purpose-driven leadership, drawn from timeless biblical wisdom.
With over 15 years of experience as a higher education professional, Dr. Flanders has dedicated her career to providing college access and opportunities to historically underrepresented populations. As an administrator, she has a decade of proven success in building and leading high-performing teams and is passionate about developing leaders through strategic mentorship and experiential opportunities.​​
