At Queenly ConsiderATIONS, we are dedicated to developing women leaders using biblical principles primarily pulled from the book of Esther. Our leadership coaching service is tailored to help women unlock their full potential. Through our interactive Queenly ConsiderATIONS 101 and 201 workshops and our personalized coaching sessions, we provide strategic insights for enhancing performance and leadership skills.

Queenly ConsiderATIONS 101: Who We Are as Queenly Leaders
Virtual 2-hour interactive leadership development workshop designed to enhance our identity as Queenly Leaders. This group session involves discussion, reflection, and action-planning, focusing on the following ConsiderATIONS: Motivation, Pre-Preparation, Preparation, Reputation, and Interrelation.

Queenly ConsiderATIONS 201: What We Do as Queenly Leaders
Virtual 2-hour interactive leadership development workshop designed to strengthen our skills as Queenly Leaders. This group session involves discussion, reflection, and action-planning, focusing on the following ConsiderATIONS: Deliberation, Communication, Implementation, Celebration, and Documentation.
​Cost: $35 per person
*Clients are encouraged to complete Queenly ConsiderATIONS 101 prior to 201​​
Queenly ConsiderATIONS:
Individual Coaching
Experience our one-on-one coaching sessions designed to provide personalized guidance and support, helping you refine your leadership approach using biblical principles.
Cost: $100 per 1-hour virtual coaching session
To maximize individual coaching conversations, clients are encouraged to complete Queenly ConsiderATIONS 101 and 201 prior to seeking individual coaching​
Queenly ConsiderATIONS:
Private Group Workshops
Queenly leaders are intentional in the cultivation of their network. Private Queenly ConsiderATIONS 101 and 201 virtual sessions can be scheduled for groups of 10 or more clients who want to grow together.
​Cost: $30 per person, 10 person minimum
In-person available; travel and/or lodging costs may apply outside of Dallas County, Texas.​​​​
